About the Role

About the Role Joining the Marketing department, the Branding & Communication Specialist will be responsible for enhancing brand image and ensuring brand compliance in all communication materials, both projects and retails, which can support business growth. Act as a Brand Steward by ensuring all materials, including product packaging, adhere to Sika's brand guidelines to continuously enhance our brand image.

  • Manage content tailored for SEO, websites, blogs, social media platforms, and newsletters (internal & external).
  • Plan and execute comprehensive communication strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and specific deliverables for all branding projects.
  • Monitor the market by tracking social media, public perception, and identifying emerging industry and competitor trends.
  • Focus on achieving key KPIs: increasing follower/subscriber growth, impressions, engagement rates, branding displayed, and maintaining effective budget management.

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, with a strong preference for Marketing or Design backgrounds.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or as a Communication Specialist and having experience in building material business is a plus.
    • Core Skills: Strong team player with good leadership qualities, a customer-oriented mindset, and highly effective communication skills.
